The Commission is required to provide its final report to the Governor of Victoria by no later than 20 August 2027, or such later date as may be agreed between the Commission and the Premier of Victoria.
The final report will set out the Commission’s findings in relation to its Terms of Reference and may include recommendations for legislative, regulatory, policy, governance and other reforms arising from the inquiry.
The report will be informed by evidence gathered throughout the inquiry, including documents, witness evidence, public hearings and other information received by the Commission.
